Best Western Plus KC Speedway Inn & Suites

I stay in a lot of BW brand hotels and this one ranks right up at the top. Convenient location, service was great, and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was pleasant and had real scrambled eggs and not the powdered kind. This was my first stay and I really enjoyed it. A couple of items I did note: had four pillows on the bed but they were all entirely too soft, somehow the heater was left on 85F and the room was extremely hot but got it cooled down, and the entrance to the parking lot is a bit tight to get in to. All fairly minor things and mostly correctable with minor attention to detail. Other thank that it was a very clean property and appeared to be well maintained.

The service was great, very welcoming, everyone was friendly. The rooms were nice, everything was clean, and easily accessible. Breakfast was good also!

I was truly impressed with the price of this hotel. The rooms were nice and the staff was super polite. I called probably 10 times because I have to double check everything, and they were patient and kind. Something wasn’t working for me and the guy up front helped me right away. Very good priced with nice rooms. Would definitely recommend.

The owner Cash was amazing . The room with the balcony is so beautiful and breakfast was so good especially the Biscuits and Gravy I was here for my 50th birthday and they put all Smiles on my face. Thank you so much……Mona Lisa

I had the best customer service for the time being of my stay. I checked in on a Monday and Nik was at my service with a smile and great personality .The next morning I had to extend my stay due to my semi truck being in the shop I was greeted by the manager Ms Teressa with a beautiful smile and was very helpful with whatever I needed. The staff made me feel very comfortable and welcoming. Your hotel is very clean quiet and friendly. If Im ever in this area again I will definitely come back here. Thank you for all that you do, you are appreciated!

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay there. The hotel was much larger inside than expected. The staff was amazing and friendly. I will be staying here again

Stayed overnight on a road trip and had a great experience. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. The pool was closed as other reviews have mentioned, but was not planning on using it anyway. The hotel lobby and room were very clean and seems to be well maintained. Had no issued with the elevator.

I was very pleasantly surprised at just how nice of a Best Western this was. The room was roomy. I like that there is a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The coffee maker in the room uses the K-Cups. The pool was not available during our stay but that was not important to me. There's lots nearby. It may not be in walking distance but it's still very close.
